Invite a user
You can invite a user by clicking 'Invite user'. Enter the email address of the user you want to invite and select a role. The user will then receive an email that they've been invited and will have the option to create an eResults ID, if they don't have one yet. They can then log in to the website to get editing.
There are 3 roles.
- Default: this user can edit the website.
- Admin: everything from Default and can manage email addresses and domains.
- Developer: everything from Admin. This role adds various developer options.
Remove a user
You can easily remove a user. The eResults ID will not be removed but the user can no longer log in and edit the website.
