When you move your mouse over an element on the page, the element toolbar appears. The toolbar shows the element type on the left and various edit controls on the right. From left to right, these controls are:
These elements are fixed elements of each page, you can edit the contents but (re)moving is not possible. You can recognize them by the "Global" label next to the element type in the element toolbar.
Sometimes an element has multiple templates, which are different ways in which the content of the element can be shown on the page. When the wand icon is available an element has templates for you to change.
When you click the the wand icon you'll get a list of which templates are available. Move your mouse over a template to get a preview of how the template will look. When you are satisfied with your choice, click the template to confirm.
Don't want to change the template? Close the selection window by clicking the wand icon, or anywhere else on the element toolbar.
The edit window is unique for each element. It provides specific controls for each element to allow you to change every aspect of it. For more instructions on editing an element, see the instructions for that element.
